As a TechOps Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the technical operations of our innovative TV service, ensuring a seamless experience for our remote team.

In Short

Set up remote work for employees
Troubleshoot technical issues
Support Asterisk VoIP system
Establish and maintain technical operations standards
Train internal teams on products
Manage internal IT infrastructure
Evaluate and recommend IT strategies
Work with various web programming languages
Handle database administration and optimization
Collaborate with a motivated team

Requirements

Experience in technical support
Basic knowledge of web programming (PHP, JavaScript)
Familiarity with UNIX commands
Hands-on experience with MySQL
Knowledge of Active Directory
Higher education in IT
Experience with Windows, OSX, and Linux
Understanding of network basics (VPN, Firewalls)
Ability to work in EST time zone
Intermediate English proficiency
