The Technical Specialist I at BD plays a crucial role in providing high-level technical support and consultation for medical technology products related to infectious disease diagnosis and industrial microbiology.

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Life Science required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in microbiology or related fields.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with medical devices and laboratory settings preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Biology or Molecular focus preferred.
  • Experience with BD equipment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills.
