Overview

The HR Tech Specialist combines HR expertise with a deep understanding of automation, AI-driven processes, and the optimization of HR technology stacks to build a data-driven foundation for efficient and scalable People Operations.

• Development, configuration, and optimization of HR systems with a focus on Personio.
• Identify automation potentials and implement workflows and interfaces to other tools.
• Collaborate closely with the tech team for seamless HR data flows.
• Develop ideas for integrating AI into People processes.
• Pilot and introduce new tools to digitalize recurring tasks.
• Create and analyze HR dashboards, KPIs, and analytics reports.
• Present data-driven recommendations to management and team leads.
• Responsible for onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and benefit programs.
• Ensure HR information is structured and easily accessible.
• Work in a remote-first environment with a focus on collaboration.

Requirements

• Completed studies in fields related to business informatics, business administration, or psychology with a data/tech focus.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations/People Ops.
• Deep understanding of HR technology stacks and automation.
• Expertise in Personio including configuration, process design, and reporting.
• Experience in data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, or basic knowledge in SQL/Python).
• High affinity for AI applications and eagerness to test new tools.
• Clear communication and structured, independent work style.
