HR Specialist - Remote

In Short

• At least 3 years of HR experience in the German market
• Fluent in German (min. C1) and good command of English (min. B2)
• Self-starter, well-organized, detail-oriented
• Empathetic, communicative, able to build trust
• Comfortable with remote work and willing to take responsibility
• Knowledge of German labor law is a plus, but not a requirement
• Experience with Personio or knowledge of Polish is an advantage

Requirements

• Support employees in Germany throughout their employee lifecycle
• Prepare and manage employee documentation in Personio
• Collaborate with external payroll providers on payroll preparation
• Co-lead local recruitment processes in collaboration with the Polish team
• Organize training, support employee development, and build a culture of feedback
• Prepare HR reports and participate in process improvement projects
• Knowledge of German labor law and working time regulations is welcome but not mandatory
