Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Operations Team to support day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with legal obligations, and manage key administrative and organisational processes.

• Coordinate the full recruitment process for various roles across the company.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define the best approach for attracting candidates.
• Prepare contracts and other legal documents.
• Support monthly payroll and related administrative tasks.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data records.
• Handle communication with external providers.
• Coordinate compliance with workplace medicine requirements.
• Organize business trips.
• Support office operations and asset management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar functions.
• Experience in remote work environments.
• Experience in the IT field (preferred).
• Previous experience in recruitment processes.
• Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, and Jira.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and high autonomy level.
• Ability to work in a team.
