Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Operations Team to replace a colleague who soon will be on maternity leave. This role requires supporting the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, and managing key administrative and organisational processes.

• Coordinate the full recruitment process for various roles across the company.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Preparation of contracts, addendums and other legal documents.
• Support the monthly payroll with the collection and organisation of information.
• Execute and support administrative tasks related to onboarding & offboarding.
• Verify, manage and maintain accurate employee data records.
• Handle communication with external providers.
• Coordinate compliance with workplace medicine requirements.
• Provide support in organising business trips.
• Create and follow processes and fulfil responsibilities.
