In Short

• Join as an experienced IT Recruiter on a maternity cover contract.
• Hybrid role requiring in-person presence in Wroclaw office 1-2 times a week.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in Poland and the UK.
• Conduct advanced, proactive sourcing for niche roles.
• Support internal projects not necessarily related to talent acquisition.
• Use modern recruitment tools like Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
• Create and promote job ads with international teams.
• Must have 3+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the IT market and trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proactive mindset with focus on long-term talent pipeline development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a mid-sized IT consulting company is a plus.
• Familiarity with embedded software roles is a nice to have.
• Strong organizational skills and interest in process optimization.
