Senior Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Finance Manager will actively shape finance by building KPI structures, managing reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, and working closely with the CFO to drive strategic decisions in a growing startup.

In Short

• Responsible for monthly reporting including P&L, B/S, cash flow, and trend analyses.
• Develop and enhance KPI management logic.
• Planning and preparation of forecasts and budgets.
• Coordinate with accounting for accurate monthly closings.
• Lead and coach the Junior Financial Analyst.
• Standardize processes, tools, and templates.
• Work closely with the CFO on strategic finance topics.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A.
• Strong in planning, reporting, KPI conception, and forecasting.
• Experience with accounting/monthly closing processes.
• High analytical skills and structured working style.
• Team player with leadership capabilities.
• Very good Excel/planning tools knowledge.
