Overview

We are looking for a reliable person to bring our learning environment to life in the evening. As an Evening Support Educator, you will ensure that our participants receive quick and competent help even after 5 PM while maintaining our internal processes and documentation.

In Short

• Be the first point of contact for our learners from Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 10 PM, via chat and phone.
• Answer questions related to your area of expertise, organization, or the learning environment.
• Structure and forward inquiries you cannot answer to our experts.
• Write short news articles for our learning environment.
• Maintain the database for further questions from participants.
• Prepare emails and assist in documentation processes.

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in Online Marketing, Project Management, IT (Application Development), or Financial Accounting.
• Excellent written communication skills in German (C1 level or better).
• Reliable, structured, and self-responsible work ethic.
• Open, friendly, and solution-oriented communication style.
• Bonus: Willingness to explain content via learning videos.
