HR Specialist - Remote

Overview

The HR Specialist works to create and support an exceptional onboarding experience and process for 3Cloud’s new hires and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and organized onboarding program.

In Short

• Serve as a liaison to business partners in IT, Finance, and Operations.
• Handle all pre-employment requirements and assist in onboarding new hires.
• Assist with administration of pre-employment background checks.
• Support new hires and ensure clear communications from time of offer through day one.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve onboarding processes.
• Campus recruiting support as needed.
• Assist with employment branding and experience campaigns.
• Enroll new hires under health and life insurance programs.
• Track and manage employee files for new hires.
• Perform office management duties as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Recruiting.
• Ability to adjust work hours to accommodate business needs.
• Razor-sharp attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated strength in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Familiarity with technology tools such as Greenhouse, DocuSign.
• Track record of excellent performance in teamwork and customer service.
