Senior Data Engineer - Managed Services - Remote

Overview

This Senior Data Engineer position is a member of 3Cloud’s Managed Services team responsible for ongoing development, support, escalations, and proactive maintenance for our client’s Azure Data Platform solution.

In Short

• Lead support of client’s Azure Data platform and Power BI Environment.
• Consult, develop, and advise on solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Proactively mentor junior team members.
• Design and deploy data pipelines and AI-driven solutions.
• Understand licensing involving Microsoft data solutions.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions with clients.
• Create and maintain updated documentation for each client’s environment.
• Promote best practices for clients and internally.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development.
• Work remotely with a team of data analytics professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years working with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a support role with standard support processes.
• Client relationship skills and vendor management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for problem solving and learning new technologies.
