Manager - Business Development (Asia Packaging & Labels) - Remote

Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company by partnering with RRD Sales to identify new business opportunities with existing customers, leveraging strategic partnerships, and leading initiatives that enhance the company’s market presence.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for business development initiatives.
• Develop understanding of services and solutions provided by the Asia packaging & label platforms.
• Work closely with National Sales and Business Development to vet new opportunities.
• Ensure accurate information in Salesforce for Packaging & label Opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales representatives.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Lead initiatives to solve complex problems.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the packaging industry.
• Knowledge of various packaging types.
• 3+ years in business development or marketing.
• Experience with Global Brands and marketplaces.
• Understanding of Asia packaging and supply chain.
• Experience working with Contract Manufacturers and OEMs.
