Overview

The Global Solutions Director plays a key role in creating, maintaining, and evolving Williams Lea’s overall strategy for Financial Support Services, focusing on process improvement and innovation for law firms.

In Short

• Ownership of the Financial Support Services (FSS) service line.
• Lead development and execution of the global value proposition.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and sales enablement.
• Provide solution design for complex, multi-region deals.
• Guide implementation for optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain toolkits and training resources for innovation.
• Foster strong client relationships with Account Directors.
• Support contract negotiations and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably in law firms.
• Track record of delivering consulting-style solutions.
• Operational expertise in financial transaction services.
• Experience managing outsourcing projects.
• Leadership experience in matrix or virtual environments.
• Effective change management skills.
• Knowledge of legal documents and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in eBilling software and MS Office.
