Global Solutions Director - Remote

Overview

Lyra Health is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch to help people feel emotionally healthy at work and at home. This role is focused on promoting and selling Lyra's global Workforce Mental Health solution to non-US headquarter multinationals and Benefit Consultants across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In Short

• Identify and meet with Benefit Consultants (BCs) to educate them on Lyra’s products.
• Build pipeline for oneself and US-based Partnership Directors.
• Provide client-facing sales support and global subject matter expertise.
• Lead conversations with senior Global HR/benefits leaders and consultants.
• Assist in developing materials for Lyra’s global offerings.
• Share market insights to inform Lyra’s global strategy.
• Act as the global SME in RFP/RFI responses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in global employer benefits or global EAP/mental health space.
• Demonstrable sales experience and target achievement.
• Experience working for or with Benefit Consultants.
• Multilingual - English plus another language.
