In Short

• Lead the Solutions team at Utilidata, focusing on innovative R&D and demonstration projects.
• Collaborate with utility customers to maximize the value of the Karman platform.
• Drive new product priorities based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Manage strategic partnerships to foster business growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Communications.
• Provide visionary leadership and ensure team alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support market exploration and product marketing efforts.
• Communicate insights and project outcomes effectively.
• Travel up to 25% as required.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in the utility and electricity sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in market exploration and developing go-to-market strategies.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies in the energy sector.
• Track record of delivering results in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
