• Join Utilidata as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) supporting software development teams.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful delivery of complex technical projects.
• Manage team sprints, code reviews, and CI/CD cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations teams.
• Define and optimize program management processes.
• Track and report on key program metrics.
• Facilitate communication across teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management required.
• Technical background in software development preferred.
• Remote position based in the United States.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or related role.
• Technical background or hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
