Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading embedded firmware teams.
• Experience with RTOS, C, C++, and bare-metal programming.
• Understanding of embedded system architecture and communication protocols.
• Experience with IoT devices and edge computing.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative work style.
• Proven track record of delivering firmware solutions on time.
• Experience in recruiting and developing engineering talent.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
