Overview

The Director of Partnerships will drive new business growth in healthcare sales by engaging with senior healthcare executives and managing a high-volume outbound prospecting strategy.

In Short

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (80+ calls per day)
  • Book and run discovery calls and product demos
  • Engage C-suite and senior leaders at health systems and large practices
  • Build and manage pipeline in HubSpot
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic accounts
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and revenue targets
  • Represent RPM Healthcare with professionalism and credibility

Requirements

  • 5+ years of healthcare sales experience (required)
  • Experience selling healthcare technology, SaaS, or services (preferred)
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and outbound prospecting
  • Highly polished communicator (phone, video, and email)
  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Fearless in engaging executive-level decision makers

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $105,000
  • Commission & Bonus: Uncapped, based on closed business
