Overview

As the Head of Account Management (Revenue Management), you will lead and evolve the global Customer Success organisation responsible for driving adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction across our suite of revenue management solutions.

In Short

  • Define and execute the global Customer Success strategy.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Revenue Account Managers.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for customer health, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Own renewal and expansion strategies.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys and success frameworks.
  • Establish strong reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales for accurate forecasting.
  • Standardise onboarding and continuous learning programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in hotel technology companies.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality revenue management principles.
  • Proven ability to lead global or multi-regional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in improving retention and driving adoption.
  • Highly organized and adaptable leader.
