RoomPriceGenie is seeking a Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll operations for a fully remote international team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Oversee payroll processing across multiple countries.

  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain payroll records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Produce payroll and benefits reports for stakeholders.
  • Act as the main contact for Deel platform management.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations across regions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-country payroll operations.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll platforms like Deel.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and taxes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • C2-level proficiency in English.
  • Clear communication skills for global collaboration.
  • Experience managing external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Based in Europe or within a similar CET timezone.
