Overview

The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will lead payroll and benefits administration across U.S. and global markets, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experience.

In Short

  • Process global payroll for employees and contractors.
  • Oversee benefits administration including enrollments and terminations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries.
  • Partner with Finance on payroll funding and tax reporting.
  • Perform regular payroll audits and manage tax registrations.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records.
  • Monitor legislative updates for compliance.
  • Track FMLA and other leave policies.
  • Update employee handbooks and company policies.
  • Support HR projects for process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented professional.
  • Proactive and highly organized.
  • Experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Understanding of tax regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
