Job&Talent is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support our U.S. Operations from Spain. This role is critical in ensuring payroll and benefits processes are executed accurately and efficiently, contributing to a positive employee experience.

• Support U.S. operations from Spain
• Process weekly multi-state payroll for 250-300 employees
• Oversee employee benefits administration
• Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration
• Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Gusto, ADP)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws
• Ability to work across U.S. timezones
• HR certification (a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
