Overview

The head of Partnership Programs and channel Sales will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our channel strategy and programs, focusing on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with reseller partners.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new resell partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive joint sales initiatives.
  • Provide training, tools, and resources to ensure partners are knowledgeable about our products.
  • Support partners with sales collateral and product demonstrations.
  • Drive revenue through the identification and closing of new business opportunities.
  • Set promotional targets and quotas for the partner network.
  • Identify new reseller opportunities and expand our footprint.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential partners.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track performance metrics.
  • Work closely with marketing and product management teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales or partner/alliance management.
  • Track record of success in devising channel strategies and driving revenue.
  • Experience in building and scaling partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of advertising automation platforms and retail technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to assess partner potential.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools.
  • Prior management experience building and growing a team.
