As we scale our go-to-market efforts, we seek a Head of Channel Partnerships to deepen these relationships and build Clutch’s channel partner ecosystem.

In Short

  • Build strong relationships with partners and coordinate events.
  • Develop incentive plans for partners to promote Clutch’s offerings.
  • Measure success by the strength and impact of partnerships.
  • Connect with sales managers and League leaders for partnership alignment.
  • Create a partner playbook and establish performance reviews.
  • Demonstrate closed deals from partner-generated leads.
  • Manage underperforming partners with improvement plans.
  • Expand partnerships with CEOs and League leaders.
  • Build a scalable relationship manager organization.
  • Willing to travel for relationship-building and industry engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in early-stage companies and managing partnerships.
  • Highly independent, adaptable, and driven to succeed.
  • Skilled in relationship-building and managing complex partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management skills.
  • Capable of aligning diverse stakeholder interests.
  • Background in banking, credit unions, or fintech preferred.
