Overview

The Vice President of Sales will lead sales efforts in the Central Region, North America, for Rimini Street, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise software support and innovation solutions.

In Short

  • Manage and lead sales teams to achieve aggressive sales goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
  • Represent the company at regional conferences.
  • Guide prospects through a solution selling approach.
  • Prepare weekly sales forecasts for management.
  • Ensure sales activities are tracked in Salesforce.com.
  • Travel as needed for sales opportunities (minimum 30%).
  • Contribute to a strong company culture.
  • Experience in selling ERP solutions for SAP and Oracle preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 15+ years of experience selling enterprise software.
  • 7+ years in a sales vice president role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales results.
  • Experience in team-selling environments.
  • Strong sales management fundamentals.
  • Ability to open new accounts through lead prospecting.
  • Experience managing high-volume sales reps.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
