Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Ability to travel regularly, about 60-70%, nationally.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales goals.
  • Experience in higher education industry and enrollment management is desired.
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
