In Short

  • Lead a team of Account Executives focused on K-12, Higher Education, Workforce Development, Non-profit, and Justice Impacted facilities.
  • Manage a sales quota of $10m+ and coach team members to grow net new accounts.
  • Develop creative go-to-market strategies for Transfr’s products.
  • Plan, set targets, and implement sales programs.
  • Assist team in prospecting and developing opportunities in key accounts.
  • Display emotional intelligence in negotiations with senior executives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships teams to execute successful campaigns.
  • Travel with the team for coaching and training (up to 50%).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing a team quota (ideally $10m+).
  • Experience carrying a personal sales quota (ideally $1m+).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the Education customer segment (Higher Ed or K-12 preferred).
  • Consultative sales experience and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a must.
  • Experience with Google Suite tools and software.
  • Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality experience are a plus.
