Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 8 years of experience in the health insurance industry.
  • 8 years of sales leadership experience.
  • State specific Producer License required.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience with the ‘Challenger’ Selling Model.
  • Strong relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial forecasting and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
