Senior Support Engineer, Oracle DBA - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Support Engineer, Oracle DBA will provide exceptional remote support for Oracle EBS applications and Oracle Database, primarily servicing Japanese customers as part of a global support team.

Requirements

• Expertise in Oracle technology stack and EBS applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC, Dataguard, and High Availability.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Oracle databases.
• Deep performance tuning skills with Oracle performance tools.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a remote environment.
• Experience with Oracle FlexCube and Financial Services applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle middleware products is a plus.
• Experience with localizations and global implementations is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field preferred.
