In Short

• Provide expert-level production support for Kubernetes-based trading services.
• Deliver user-friendly technical support for end-users utilizing the Trumid UI and FIX protocol integrations.
• Design and implement automation solutions using Python.
• Contribute to Jenkins pipelines for release management and deployment automation.
• Create and enhance monitoring systems using Prometheus/Grafana.
• Build and optimize SQL queries for operational data analysis.
• Work closely with development teams to improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in production support engineering.
• Expertise in Kubernetes administration.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Experience with Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Strong SQL skills for operational data analysis.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Falcon LogScale and Grafana.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Proven track record of building monitoring solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
