In Short

  • Update and maintain enablement materials such as implementation guides and onboarding playbooks.
  • Ensure clear documentation of consulting methodologies.
  • Support updates to consulting processes by tracking team feedback.
  • Standardize templates for knowledge-sharing.
  • Coordinate the quarterly Ridgeline Academy.
  • Collaborate with the Education Services team for effective program delivery.
  • Onboard partner consultants with necessary resources.
  • Track partner engagement and certification progress.
  • Act as a key escalation point for Partner Consultants.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination or consulting enablement.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage structured documentation.
  • Familiarity with enablement processes.
  • Experience in financial technology or investment management software is a plus.
