The Regional Field Service Manager will oversee field operations for passenger rail projects, ensuring reliability and safety while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience in technical fields.
• Knowledge of the rail industry is an asset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in transit authority locations.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Integrity, accountability, and honesty.
