Overview

The Cloud Channel Manager is responsible for sales support and customer service activities for assigned Microsoft accounts, focusing on business growth and partner engagement.

  • Manage day-to-day sales support for Microsoft accounts.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft CSP and licensing models.
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales preferred.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proactive approach to customer requirements.
  • Ability to train junior staff.
