Overview

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions at Restaurant365 will lead a team responsible for optimizing systems and solutions across the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, focusing on executing operational excellence through technology solutions.

In Short

• Lead a team focused on delivering robust technical solutions for GTM stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent communication and progress monitoring for direct reports.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with GTM stakeholders.
• Own work management process including request triaging and prioritization.
• Support the technology roadmap for systems in partnership with the Manager, Enterprise Applications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems management, or GTM operations.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Deep understanding of GTM processes including Quote to Cash and Revenue Operations.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and GTM tools.
• Skilled in managing accountability measures.
• Proficiency with work management processes and agile methodology.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Salesforce certifications a plus.
