Overview

The Enterprise Business Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities across all Watterson lines of business, including Integrated Facilities Management, Emergency and Disaster Response, Environmental Services, and Commercial Construction, by developing relationships with regional and national commercial accounts.

  • Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals.
  • Create and expand Watterson’s footprint to new geographies.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with operations and finance teams.
  • Actively manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing progress updates on business development activities.
  • Leverage data to inform sales practices.
  • Design and implement an effective sales plan.
  • Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process.
  • Establish profitable relationships with decision-makers.
  • Research and analyze key economic factors influencing market activity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of outside commercial sales experience required.
  • Valid Driver’s license in good standing.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
