Overview

The Outreach Lead will support energy efficiency programs by building relationships with trade allies and collaborating with clients to deliver key metrics.

In Short

• Support training and capacity building for trade allies.
• Conduct field engagement with >50% travel in northern and central Illinois.
• Implement process improvements for program efficiency.
• Manage feedback collection and reporting for program enhancement.
• Represent Resource Innovations at meetings and conferences.
• Track project deadlines and communicate conflicts proactively.
• Conduct market research and support program delivery.
• Work independently and collaboratively on projects.
