Senior Manager, Consulting (GRC) - Remote

Overview

Resolver is now permanently hybrid –that means, you can decide to work in office, remotely or a mix of both depending on your preference! Resolver is looking for a Senior Manager, Consulting to lead the Professional services team for our GRC Division. In this role you will leverage a unique combination of project and customer enablement experience to coach the team on end-to-end best practices to deliver SaaS projects. You will support the success of customers in partnership with the other cross-functional teams as we enhance the efficiency of Services delivery at scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Consulting and/or Project Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of experience mentoring and coaching teams.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Experience in building partnerships with internal stakeholders.
• Customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in work estimation and proposal presentations.
• Exposure in Risk and Compliance is a plus.
