Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting product adoption to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.

In Short

  • Manage 300-350 customers with an ARR of $4M-$5M.
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers to understand their goals.
  • Provide guidance and resources to help customers utilize products effectively.
  • Analyze data to demonstrate product usage and customer growth.
  • Be the main contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Identify sales expansion opportunities within the customer base.
  • Promote the value of products and assist in upselling services.
  • Track customer health using established tools and data.
  • Collaborate with sales to support customer expansion.
  • Act as a voice for the customer to improve overall experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS business.
  • Experience with Change Management initiatives.
  • Ability to set and monitor performance metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team building and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction.
