Overview

The Customer Success Community Manager will oversee the myON initiative, ensuring effective communication and project management to enhance literacy achievement in the community.

In Short

  • Manage all aspects of the myON initiative.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for community partners.
  • Develop and distribute content to stakeholders.
  • Conduct monthly data analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate community reading challenges.
  • Manage a summer street team promoting literacy.
  • Ensure smooth data exchange and management.
  • Conduct professional development sessions.
  • Support district literacy goals through partnerships.
  • Assist in the development and promotion of myON features.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with Renaissance myON preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of education and literacy programs is a plus.
  • Proficient in social media and content creation.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
