Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience.
  • Proven track record in handling multiple users and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CS key metrics and tools.
  • Strong prioritization skills and process-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Client-obsessed mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
