We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Scaled Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on managing and triaging a book of business for our Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable challenging customers on product optimization.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
