Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in building customer relationships.
• Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.
• Ability to confidently make cold calls.
• Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Strong integrity and work ethic.
• Ability to forecast sales and meet targets.
• Aptitude for forming senior-level relationships.
