As a Global Payroll Account Executive for SMB, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping businesses hire globally, leveraging Deel's innovative platform.

In Short

• Establish and develop strategies for acquiring new SMB clients.
• Focus on demand generation to drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with in-country Account Executives on sourced opportunities.
• Engage with C-level executives, particularly HR and Payroll managers.
• Lead sales activities, including contract negotiations.
• Communicate value propositions effectively through proposals and presentations.
• Work closely with a dedicated Sales Development Representative.
• Manage sales activities and revenue forecasting in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in global payroll solutions.
• Strong experience in demand generation and pipeline self-generation.
• Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Experience with process/playbook selling methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
