• Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing new clients.

• Collaborate with in-country Account Executives on sourced opportunities.

• Lead sales activities and contract negotiations.
• Communicate value propositions effectively through proposals and presentations.
• Work closely with a dedicated Sales Development Representative.
• Manage sales activity and revenue forecasting in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive in global payroll solutions.
• Strong experience in demand generation and self-generating pipeline.
• Proven ability to develop champions and execute complex sales cycles.
• Experience with process/playbook selling is a plus.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
