Global Payroll Account Executive - SMB - Remote

Overview

The Global Payroll Account Executive for SMB will focus on establishing strategies to identify and close new SMB clients, driving demand generation and managing sales activities.

• Establish and develop strategies for closing new SMB logos.
• Focus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth.
• Work with in-country AEs on sourced opportunities.
• Navigate enterprises to map stakeholders and close deals.

• Manage sales activities and revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AE in global payroll solutions.
• Strong experience in prospecting and self-generating pipeline.
• Proven ability to develop champions and execute complex sales cycles.
• Experience with process/playbook selling is a plus.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
