In Short

  • 1-3 years experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to think strategically and tactically.
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Cold calling and sourcing new sales prospects.
  • Support Account Executive team as needed.
  • Work from anywhere with flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success.
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
