In Short

  • Lead the evolution of Remote’s benefits platform.
  • Conduct market and partner research for new provider integrations.
  • Define and deliver on the roadmap for benefit automation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design on integration requirements.
  • Partner with the Partnerships team to scale strategic relationships.
  • Monitor performance metrics for optimization across systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for benefits integrations.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive benefit delivery.

Requirements

  • Extensive Product Management experience in benefits, payroll, or HR tech.
  • Technically strong with APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows.
  • Analytical and data-savvy, proficient in SQL.
  • Empathetic and user-focused in product development.
  • Strategic and results-oriented with a focus on scalability.
  • Collaborative communicator skilled at aligning teams.
  • Clear communicator of complex systems.
  • Passionate about remote work and global accessibility.
  • Fluent in English; remote work experience is a plus.
