In Short

  • Join our Sales team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative.
  • Help customers experience our Global HR Platform.
  • Respond to incoming queries and assist customers.
  • Engage and qualify outbound leads.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions clearly.
  • Support Account Executive team as needed.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from various sources.
  • Identify key players and present solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success in sales.
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and promote ideas persuasively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
