Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales management.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote and distributed environment.
  • Experience managing teams across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Greater China.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
  • Experience with pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Understanding of customer profiles and business models.
  • Experience in setting and achieving sales targets.
