• Manage a team of Payroll Client Services Specialists.
• Address all potential company and employee issues related to Payroll.
• Act as an escalation point for payroll-related questions.
• Support companies and employees with payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Drive training and development sessions for team members.
• Maintain knowledge of payroll processes and documentation.
• Manage relationships with payroll and benefits service providers.
• Contribute to operational efficiency improvements.
• Work in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll customer care team management.
• Strong experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of local legislation is a plus.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
